ph867 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ph867 online gaming website accessible at ph867.net, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game lobbies, and account management tools.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ph867 registration process.
• "Player" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account and is authorised to access the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, electronic slot machines, sports betting markets, sabong, and bingo.
• "Wallet" means the electronic account balance maintained within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other promotional value granted by ph867 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the applicable laws, regulations, and ph867's internal policies designed to prevent the use of the Platform for money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, region, or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or ph867's internal compliance policies.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond ph867's reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ph867 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

ph867 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the time period specified by ph867 will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus balances held in the Wallet.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ph867 Platform is operated for and directed at residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement. ph867 expressly excludes all liability for Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ph867 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will be treated as a breach of this Agreement.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, ph867 is required to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions. ph867 may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account username and password. ph867 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify ph867 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your Account.

ph867 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All wagers, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through your Account prior to you notifying ph867 of any unauthorised access shall be your sole responsibility.

3.2 Accurate Information

You represent that all information provided to ph867 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Wallet balances.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your ph867 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any wager placed on your Account is your personal wager. Allowing any other person to use your Account credentials constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph867 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and other banks accessible via Instapay and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in your Account portal and may be updated from time to time. ph867 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on any Account at its discretion, including for compliance, risk management, or AML reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your Account and registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ph867 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, AML screening, or investigation of potential fraudulent activity. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph867 is legally obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. ph867 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Player. Deposits must originate from legitimate personal funds; ph867 prohibits the use of the Platform for any money laundering purpose.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by ph867 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering (turnover) requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Wallet are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated at the time the bonus is issued. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a particular bonus will not count toward that bonus's wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph867 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing contradictory wagers across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit, using automated tools to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other behaviour ph867 reasonably determines to constitute abuse of its promotional offering. ph867 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ph867 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification shall not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and subject to active wagering requirements at the time of the change.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game available on the ph867 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the ph867 help section. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept those game-specific rules in addition to this Agreement.

6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other failure affecting the operation of a game, ph867 reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. ph867 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control. The outcome of any game affected by a malfunction shall be determined at ph867's sole discretion.

6.3 Disconnections

ph867 maintains a disconnection policy for each game type. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable disconnection rules for that game, which may include completion of the round using a predetermined rule set. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager amounts are displayed within each game. ph867 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Any wager that exceeds the applicable maximum stake will be rejected or reduced to the maximum permissible amount.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph867 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Territory;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or indirectly through third parties;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or sports betting;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on ph867;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your Wallet without ph867's written consent;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph867 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform or its underlying systems other than through the interfaces provided by ph867.

8. Suspension & Closure

8.1 ph867's Right to Suspend or Close

ph867 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or any other reason ph867 deems sufficient in its sole discretion. ph867 will endeavour to provide notice where legally permissible but is not obligated to do so.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, ph867 will return any remaining real-money Wallet balance to the Player via the same method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Any Bonus balances, pending bonus conversions, and winnings generated solely from Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

8.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the ph867 Platform may do so by contacting ph867 customer support or by using the self-exclusion tools available within their Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. ph867 will take all reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing their Account during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and ph867 encourages its use by any Player who feels their gambling is becoming problematic.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

ph867 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free of errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph867 will use reasonable commercial endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph867 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ph867 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Cap on Liability

Where ph867's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, ph867's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Player's Own Risk

You acknowledge that participation in gaming activities involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds deposited into your Wallet. ph867 does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome. All wagers placed on ph867 are made at your sole risk and discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph867 Platform — including but not limited to the ph867 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of ph867 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the ph867 Platform without ph867's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of ph867's intellectual property will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to a claim for damages.

11. Privacy & Data

ph867 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph867 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

ph867 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by law or where ph867 reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of ph867 or its users, or investigate fraud or other prohibited conduct.

12. Responsible Gaming

ph867 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Regulatory Oversight

ph867 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Complaints relating to ph867's compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. ph867 will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR.

14.3 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and ph867 arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you must first contact ph867's customer support team and allow ph867 a reasonable period — not less than fourteen (14) business days — to resolve the matter. If the dispute remains unresolved after that period, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
